06 March 2009 South Devon Hunts Club Given New Date
The South Devon Hunts Club will attempt to make it fourth time lucky with the news that the meeting will now take place on Sunday, 10th May at Ideford Arch.
Bad weather caused the original meeting, scheduled for 28th December 2008, to be cancelled, and subsequent attempts to reschedule on the 4th and 11th of January 2009 fell to the same fate.
Entries for the meeting's new date will now close at 10.00pm on Sunday, 3rd May.
Races will remain as advertised on page 97 of the Point-to-Point & Hunter Chase Race Planner 2008/09 with the exception of the fifth race, the Intermediate, which will no longer be a qualifier for the Connolly's Red Mills Intermediate P-t-P Championship Final HC at Cheltenham.
If necessary, the organisers will have facilities to water the course.
