Course Summary: Gently undulating course - fairly sharp; usually true ground with good going on old turf; fences are stiff but jumped well. Permanent wooden changing room, weighing room, etc. Access to car parks good; on steep hill so check handbrake and engage reverse; excellent viewing from there. Normally ideal for early season meetings (has scheduled a December fixture since 2009) as this pocket of land rarely gets frosty, but Ratcheugh Club meeting lost to snow in 2010/11. Wonderful setting and a visit is warmly recommended.
