25 May 2011 Advance Reports: June 4th - 5th
Advance information has started to come through from meetings taking place between June 4th and 5th.
- The Exmoor Point-to-Point at Bratton Down, Saturday 4th June: one inch of rain has fallen over the course since the weekend, and an Agri-vator will be used if necessary. The going is currently good. Entries can be placed by fax on 01598 763502 or by email on higherwestland@btinternet.com up until 11.00am on Sunday 29th May.
- The Pembrokeshire Hunt currently report good ground for their forthcoming meeting at Trecoed on June 4th. The course near Fishguard was aerated before fences were put in place last week with a further session due on Tuesday 31st to ensure the rain forecast for the week, and what has fallen this past week, has a maximum effect. If the rain fails to arrive next week, the course will be watered all the way up to the meeting to maintain the current going. Owners and Trainer are reminded that entries close this Saturday at 8pm.
