Competitive fields have been declared for the AGA Ladies Open Point-to-Point Championship Final and the Connolly's Red Mills Intermediate Final, the two feature races at Cheltenham's prestigious Hunter Chase night on Wednesday.

With the exception of Sericina and Chesnut Annie, arguably some of the best Ladies Open horses in the country are amongst the ten that have been declared for the inaugural running of the AGA Final at 6.10pm.

These include Oca de Thaix and Double Mead, who have already won five Hunter Chases between them this season, former Cheltenham Foxhunters winner Amicelli, the once-smart handicapper Billyvoddan, and Sarah-Jayne Davies' Upton Springs, an impressive winner of one of the first qualifiers in the series at Dunthrop way back in January.

For the Connolly's Red Mills Final just over half an hour earlier, it is definitely a case of quality and quantity, with seventeen set to face the starter.

Amongst the leading contenders are progressive Welsh five-year-old Findlay's Find, Exeter Hunter Chase winner Blackstaff, Gary Hanmer's Ballyeightra Cross, who is unbeaten this year, Mark Wall's mount Divine Intavention, and Ned The Post from the powerful West Country yard of Ed Walker, the partner of multiple champion lady rider Polly Gundry.
