14 December 2010 Reminder: Harkaway Club and South Devon Hunts Club Entries

Owners and Trainers are reminded that Entries are closing early for two Point-to-Point meetings this week ahead of the Christmas Bank Holiday period - and there is also an important alteration to the conditions of the first race at the Harkaway meeting.
Both the Harkaway Club and the South Devon Hunts Club are due to run on Tuesday, 28th December, with Entries closing for both meetings during this week.
The first to close is the South Devon Hunts Club, which takes place at Ideford Arch; Entries cannot be accepted after 10pm this Wednesday, 15th December. The Joint Entries Secretaries for this meeting are Mr & Mrs J. Greatrex, who can be reached on 01822 880274 (also fax).
The Harkaway Club then closes at 12noon on Thursday, 16th December; Corinne Swarbrick acts as both Secretary and Entries Secretary for this meeting. She can be contacted on 07721 621411 or faxed on 01952 462226.
Additionally, there is an important alteration to the conditions of the first race at the Harkaway Club, the Club Members Conditions Race. The special conditions line should read as follows, NOT as printed in the Planner: For horses, owned and ridden by current Members of the HC, which on or since 28th November 2008 have NOT WON a race under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted).
