22 April 2011 Bank Holiday Entries - Important Notice

Owners and Trainers who are planning to make entries with The Point-to-Point Racing Company over the next couple of weeks are reminded of some important information regarding office opening hours and postal delivery times.
There will be NO POSTAL DELIVERIES at the Point-to-Point Racing Company at Weatherbys offices between Thursday April 21st and Tuesday April 26th, nor between Thursday April 28th and Tuesday May 3rd. If you are planning to make a postal entry for meetings closing on Monday April 25th or Monday May 2nd it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you telephone to make sure your entry has been received PRIOR to entries closing. Entries that have not been received by the time entries close WILL NOT be accepted under any circumstance.
The Point-to-Point Racing Company office will be CLOSED on Good Friday April 22nd and the entries telephone line (01933 304795) WILL NOT be open on that day.
The office and entries telephone line will be OPEN as normal on Bank Holiday Monday April 25th - entries for the Lauderdale, Radnor & West Hereford, Cambridgeshire with Enfield Chace and Warwickshire will all close at 12.30pm on that day.
If you are planning to make entries for meetings on May 6th & 7th please also note that the office and entries line will be CLOSED on Bank Holiday Friday April 29th, but will be OPEN as normal to take entries on Bank Holiday Monday May 2nd.
