Owners and Trainers are reminded of the importance of using the correct version of the Point-to-Point Entry Form.
If entering by post, the current version of the Entry Form must be used if at all possible. Entry Secretaries will not be held accountable if entries have been missed and it transpires they have been made on an old Entry Form.
Entries are strictly ONE ENTRY PER HORSE PER FORM. Additional entries for the same horse MUST be made on a seperate form.
