Scotland Yard, Free Speech, King Caractacus and Ski Dazzle, who all won at last month's Point-to-Point at Cottenham, are among the 84 Entries for the last of four meetings at the Cambridge venue this season, the Fitzwilliam (Milton) fixture, on Sunday March 20.

Scotland Yard, the winner of all five of his completed starts between the flags, is probably the classiest of that quartet and is likely to continue his successful new partnership with the nation's leading lady Rider, Gina Andrews, in the Ladies Open.

Ski Dazzle and Big Moment, who has won over this course and distance three times, may prove his biggest threats from eight potential opponents. The Joe Turner yard hit form with a winner and four seconds at Ampton last Sunday so his two representatives, Parrain and Leatherback, both merit respect.

Trainer Alan Hill has a superb record at this track and saddled a treble at this meeting 12 months ago. This time around his leading contender is Start Royal, who is already a four-time winner here but had his colours lowered on his latest visit, when second to Posh Dude on January 2.

Those two old rivals may meet again in a Mens Open which includes the 12-time winner, Caveman and Valance, who has won three of his last four starts and clocked the fastest time of the day at North Carlton a month ago, among the other 16 Entries.

Last month's Whitfield winner, The Fast Frog, heads 11 Entries for the Connolly's Red Mills Intermediate in which the first four home will qualify for the Hunter Chase final at Cheltenham on May 4.

The seven-race card gets under way at 1.00pm with a four-Entry Hunt Race and runs through until 4.35pm when there are eight possible starters in a Brightwells-sponsored 2m4f young horse Maiden.

Admission will be charged at £10 per head with under 17s getting in for free.

Cottenham is four miles north of Cambridge near the B1049, post code CB24 8RG. It is best approached using junction 33 of the A14.

Take the A10 signed for Ely. Then take the third left (after the Park and Ride and the Recycling Centre) to Landbeach. Go straight through the village of Landbeach, past the playing field, and take the first left out the other side. The course is half a mile further down this road.
