28 February 2010 Postponements round-up - February 28th
Yet another weekend of abysmal weather saw five of the eleven scheduled fixtures called off; several of them have already announced that they will try again on a new date.
• The East Devon at Bishops Court will now take place on Saturday March 6th with entries standing
• The Curre & Llangibby at Howick will now take place on Sunday March 14th with entries standing
• The South East Hunts Club at Charing are currently seeking a new date - news to follow
• The Taunton Vale Harriers at Kingston St Mary has abandoned
• The Tynedale at Corbridge will now take place on Sunday March 14th with entries standing
Don't forget that three meetings called off last weekend will also try again this coming weekend (March 6th & 7th) - the Granta Harriers at Higham are running again on Saturday, while the College Valley & North Northumberland at Alnwick and Tanatside at Eyton-on-Severn will have another go on Sunday.
All this means that there are fifteen fixtures set to take place next weekend - five on Saturday and no less than ten on Sunday.
