Emily Jarvis: set to partner Bering Gifts in the Ladies' Open
Alan Hill will be well represented in the feature races at Saturday's Vale of Aylesbury with Garth & South Berks meeting at Kingston Blount.
The Aston Rowant trainer has Bering Gifts and Fauntleroy entered in the Ladies' Open, while Bon Accord and To The Top hold entries in the Men's Open.
Hill's horses always run well for him at this course and he is having another outstanding season between the flags.
Bering Gifts is set to be partnered by Emily Jarvis in the Ladies Open while Camilla Ewart gets the ride on Fauntleroy. James Tudor, who currently lies second in the leading riders championship, has the choice of Bon Accord, who finished a gallant second in the Christie's Foxhunters at the Cheltenham Festival, or To The Top in the Men's Open.
Hill also has entries in the Restricted, with Camiski and Top Bombing, in the both Maidens, with Delayed in Dublin, and Lord Brunello, one of the leaders in the pointtopoint.co.uk Young Horse Awards, in the Intermediate. Hill completely dominates the Members race with no less than six of the seven entries.
Tetsworth handler Lyn Redman runs Home By Midnight in the Ladies' Open, Barton Star in the Restricted, and Willhewait in the young horse Maiden; while Great Missington trainer Karen Lawther has Mariska's Token in the young horse Maiden.
The first of seven races at Kingston Blount, near Chinnor on the B4009, is 2pm.
